Broker Price Opinion (BPO):
Will show pictures of the probate property.
Explain the analytics of the property and a recommended market price.
Communication:
Communications with the heirs so they will understand that they may not get any money at closing and that they will determine how the funds are dispersed.
Help with the cleanout of the property.
Take inventory of what is in the house.
Help with providing a locksmith to help with control of the property.
